Elport Corporation today announces the opening of a new UK office located in London to serve the European market. The new office will support the company’s full range of innovative video displays including high-resolution multi-screen TFT video walls, monitors, signage and desktop PC monitors.
The DZ range of screens, as used at the 2002 World Cup, includes high-quality image processing that enables end-users to simply switch and format multiple video and PC data streams in real-time, in any way they wish; resulting in a display that meets user requirements without extensive technical knowledge or set-up and without arrays of signal processing boxes external to the screen.
Elport EU will provide a full service to installers including the use of a 16-screen DZ-Wall display for customer demonstrations, marketing information, configuration, installation and maintenance support.
This will enable screen installers to confidently specify and install Elport products with a full range of backup services critical to 24/7 operation of screens in retail, information display, broadcasting, control and monitoring and surveillance markets.
Elport chose London as the location for its European office following successful installation of large DZ-Wall and DZ-Mon screens at important sites in the UK . A company spokesman commented: “The UK is regarded as the centre for high-quality image processing and display and an ideal base for us to introduce our products to the whole of the European market.”
